Just sent my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge back to Samsung Service Center. Only bought 2 months, no root. The phone go black/off getting often (almost once a day when not in used recently). During first month, off one time now getting worst. Did factory reset & it happened also without any additional app installed. Hope nothing happened.

as long as it's still under warranty and dont have to fork out single cents. Therefore not that bad.
only bad luck if you didnt save all your contents before your phone dead.

Have to go to SC ? Feel like getting additional warranty too.

especially contacts and whatsapp... but if you have google account these two things are easy to get back.
Yeah get the additional 1 year warranty but battery not cover...

hehe... it happened to my wife's iphone 6 too.. at the end replaced one new phone..
so kinda not that surprised that on this phone too... 
mass production for sure there's 1 - 10 units have problem and you are the lucky one.. 

dont worry about samsung SC services. I guess most of the user here cracked & changed their screen
so far so good no complaint from them. My boss's s7 edge also claimed the screen.

guys, ordered s7 from gemfive just received the item, saw the box that it was s7 EDGE i received. i went to my nearer samsung service center immediately to verify, they confirm that this is an original s7 edge. i called the seller few times to report, but nobody answered.

so i am thinking of selling it and rebuy s7. it's still fully sealed, and have been verified by samsung service staff, that this is an original set.

if i want s7e, i would have bought it during its launch. the size is too big for me. that's why i go for s7.

s7 edge selling in malaysia usually made in UK? or maybe i get a fake unit? Because the sound is so loud when i press and everyone looking at me... feel so embarassing
