I can use my S7E as a serious monitor for photo.

Just noticed the Always ON Display can set activation time, don't know since when they add this function. Recent update??? Anyway, a handy features i would say, so now i can set the AOD from 9am to 6pm, which is my working hour.

Cheap or not cheap quality it still a Gorilla 4 screen, so it should adhere to certain drop strength.

Is S6 edge better? Maybe S6 edge should be used as a benchmark.

Or perhaps the metal casing design is more rigid compare to plastic casing, so in drop test rather than casing crumple, the screen crack instead.

They are alot of factor i believe.

That's the problem for the software release note, nothing mentioned, only state 'additional features' 'enhance features' kind of thing without any specific description.

This is down to the 3rd party accessories fault, nothing to do with edge screen.

Not hard to imagine, dozen of accessories out there, all claimed themself is the best, only edge screen manage to unveil the truth of that.

What you want to write underwater?

I would say a good to have/suppose to have, but not game changer.

Basically same as S7E, with additional S pen, 0.2" larger screen, Corning Gorilla 5, type C USB port, faster and larger internal memory, 100mAh smaller battery. Same CPU, GPU, RAM amount.

I think S7E user hardly will upgrade to Note 7 unless they want S pen features. I believe S7E spec is too good to be a S series, it should be inside Note series territory.
