Samsung has one of the worst android updates around. Truly frustrating.
If one want fast updates, the only brand you can look for is Nexus, HTC and Motorola.

Why not do a factory reset before going to sc?

The only thing missed on this phone is type-c.
It's looks quite outdated with the micro USB port.

I haven't seen any flagships released this year that still comes with micro USB except Samsung.

Even cheapo phones like Letco, Alcatel oso use type-c

Wow, didn't know there are so many people go Samsung stores to buy S7E at RRP at RM3099.
Why so many naive people. Haha

The worst part is after buying the phone. Later go home dunno how to transfer at whatsapp, dunno how to enable Chinese keyboard, dunno how to change custom ringtones etc.... Then return to Samsung stores and ask the sales guys there (which most of them are part time SPM leavers)
Then these guys install those crap apps on their phones to fulfill their customers request.
In the end, those apps make the phone lag and customer complain is Samsung phone fault..

My fren also kena. He told me RM1200. Not cover by warranty.
The curve screen is too easy to crack. Too bad.
HTC has a policy to replace screen damage for a year but too bad Samsung doesn't.

Too bad that the edge screen cracked too easily.
I have seen a lot of people already cracked their screen.
The official Samsung store quotation is RM1.1k to RM1.2k
That's why i will never buy a Samsung phone
