They don't follow who ordered it first. They just take and give to selected store.

Anyway, our set is different from overseas where's overseas set LE number is on left/right side of the box with metal/sticker. And much larger LE number on the back of the phone.

Mine is 030-040, at first I got 041 then changed to lowest.

Yes, you can send your phone for check up for free in Samsung SC. They told me last time when my phone have few dents all around the phone and got it claim for free.

Mine was special case as pre-ordered phone and also noticed it after went out of the store. Technically not 1 day yet and explained a lot to them. Rushing and busy time that day. But the phone still not even put sim card in and nothing downloaded. Even the plastic not yet pull off.

They're very helpful. But I can't get to change to new phone as this is pre-order phones. So they sent it for a change.
Have to wait 3 days as I sent it on Friday. Got it back at 8PM on Monday.

Just wait for their pre-order promotion. Samsung seems love to do this since Note 5
