The phone ready to collect from SC now. Was told change motherboard. Really bad luck since I was told it really rare to happen to new phone.

The phone not totally dead but need to force start. After restart all back to normal. Therefore all contents still able to backup.

When using the phone for all kind of tasks (many apps opened), very smooth, no hang at all. It only happened when the phone not in use. Funny right?

I will go upgrade to additional 1 year warranty at RM80 (offer end by July 2017, usually RM99) now on top of the existing 1 year later.

Have to go to SC ? Feel like getting additional warranty too.

Ya weird thing. Thought battery issue since the SC technician suspected early but end up motherboard. Well reasonable not to cover battery since it capacity will be decrease over the time. Buy additional warranty just to some parts which can cost more than thousand to repair.

Once again, hope no more issue. Never thought it happened to this high end model.

Haha thought can get new set but at the end it can be replaced. Who know once internal parts open, worry another problem may surface too.

Cracked screen included your boss? I assumed it is own fault and no warranty cover. How much the screen repair?

last time my S5 vibrator motor not working, send to penang egate SC, ended up the screen is not sealed properly and the water resistance feature is compromised. Water can enter into the phone. 

i send back they say its water resistance so dont wash yr phone and warranty does not cover water damage    (i wash my phone cuz its water resistance and its oily)  . they try to fix again but the issue still there.... water still can enter the phone and fog up the rear camera, thats why i trade in my S5 this year for s7e 

guys my s7e tends to heat/warm up when i unlock my phone to use. i just got my phone yesterday and i dont know what is going on. It gets warm on the top right corner of the device for some reason

is clear coat SP fit well with Spigen rugged armor?

currently using spigen curved hd sp but edges peel off.

planning to go and get clear coat as i'll be going down to kl in early aug..

Is the rugged armor case slippery? consider to change to this but online review is saying it's the texture material is not providing good grip.

New update over air.. anybody update? Wats the diff?
