I have seen some people using oversized wheel caps, to make their wheel looks bigger and with "low profile" tyres.

Maybe Max wanted to do this "upgrade" for you.

I'm not siding anyone. There is always a two side of a story.

But from the response we see from max here, what delon claimed here seems to be true.

I wonder how old is max. To run a business, you need to be humble and be matured.
No matter what (I also don't believe in this sh1t) but customers are always "right".
They may be wrong, but to keep your business with a good repo , you just need to humble yourself and handle things better. Unless they are making unreasonable demands.

Since RM40 is nothing to him, why not just give in to delon, give him the refund and case close.
And if you want to have a good repo, better if you can just exchange the goods with the correct size and do whatever you need to help him fix this wheelcap.

My MIL taught me one thing, when you run a business, you cannot always draw the line very clear. Sometimes you will need to go over the line a bit in order to make your customers happy. So for max's case here, he can just simply "swallow" it , put on a thick skin face and do whatever to help delon fix that wheelcap onto his car. Always remember that you are running a business and you must have good repo. As a business owner, you cannot choose your customers/buyers, but your buyers can choose other sellers. Always remember that there are many sellers out there. Competition is big. The moment your repo is bad, who will click on your mudah ad?
