I would love to share the same experience but in a luckier situation.
last year i also surf through mudah and found his items a lot cheaper than any other competitors.
i saw an accessory i wanted, i took a snap shop, and whatsapped him saying is this item available? he said yes.
so i drove all the way to puchong to his shop (which is heavily tinted) for the deal.
when i was there, the accessory was waiting for me already, his mom pass it to me and i was prepared to pay RM30. when i have a closer look at the items, it was not the design i requested. so i told his mom, this is not the design i wanted. max's mom asked max about it then max replied me say oh that item is sold rm50.
i was confused and tell them that no, i clearly requested for that design and which was posted rm30 on mudah. then he say no, rm30 is this one, and rm50 for that design. so i request to have a look a the design that i came for to confirm the design i wanted is posted rm30 on mudah, but he claimed there is no stock for that.
since he do not wish to show the design i wanted. i ask him to look into my phone where it is clearly that he advertised is not what he offered.
max got loud and say 'u show me also useless i don't have stock, if u want take this design!'
i got blurred due to him suddenly got loud to me (some sort of hypnotism.. hehehe...)then, i payed rm30 for the accessory.
then i told his mom 'you guys shouldn't do this, you told me rm30 for this design, i drove all the way so far here to purchase. when i got here you showed me different thing and say no stock for the one i wanted. and yet the price become different when i got here, you shouldn't put ads like that on mudah, that is cheating, i felt cheated by your ads'
max yelled 'WHAT DO YOU MEAN? WHY YOU TALK TO MY MOM LIKE THAT? WHO CHEAT YOU? *CHINESE FOWL LANGUAGE* WHERE DID MY MOM CHEAT U? WHY YOU TALK TO MY MOM LIKE THAT? *CHINESE FOWL LANGUAGE*'
i do not wish to continue to argue with him so i left the scene. besides, he's like trying to pick a fight already, his face turned red, he stood up from his chair, slamming table etc, even though there are a few customer in that shop.
2 hours later that day (saturday evening), i used other phone to whatsapp with the same screen shot to max, he replied 'got stock, rm30'

I just recently on last Thursday 26/05 went to shop bought the universal seat cover but they don't provide installation.He told outside there sub contractor can do it. Cover it self already RM200 plus fix RM70.. I calculated back outside it almost same price but I fixed over there because all the way I traveled from klang. I calculated back rather then finding cheaper somemore better fix it. But the shop it self don't look like suplier..from outside it's look like a along pinjaman shop with black tinted. Mine that's first experience maybe this is my last experience too.😂
This Max Corp is a real cheat. I went to buy a Vios window power switch on 10th of May, which was advertised RM120 @ Mudah, arrived at shop, the father said RM150. I said u advertised RM120, he said this model RM150, other place selling more. Since after paying tolls I accepted. Tested it to see if working and paid, but I didn't install it as I wanted to tighten and ensure the connector really fit in.
Next morning I fitted it securely but the unit was not functioning as it was haywire - the knob cannot control the exact window. So I went back to exchange but to my surprise the father showed me the non-returnable signboard. He said u tested it yesterday, so cannot exchange or refund, but I told him it is cranky. He said can get his foremen to check it but will charge me for testing it. Just imagine, test his faulty product but charge me. What a crack fellow is this.....I was not aware that so many people got real problems with this company.
I got mad and came out of the shop and smashed the unit in front of the shop. Luckily I did not insist on the refund or exchange. I may be also dragged or kicked out of the shop and land in hospital. To me you can't get rich with cheating RM150 nor will I be poor. Lesson learned = ask return policy before purchasing.
