Actually I have dealt with Max couple years back on accessories supply, sometimes I have some factory defect stuff or incorrect goods given, he would exchange the correct/functioning goods to me immediately without question asked, Max even asked me to test properly in his shop before I walk out to prove that the goods are functioning at the first place.

At that times, his temper was pretty normal and willing to make exchange (not refund) for the goods.. If the story was 100% real like what TS described, something must have happen in between these couple years that make his temper went real bad lol..

Not commenting about the incident happened, just to share my personal experiences with Max couple years back. Peace
