I contacted the seller Max Low (+60 16-323 3863) through Whatsapp and everything was fine till I went to the shop to purchase the product. I have very little knowledge about cars so I decided to put my trust on Max. It was the biggest mistake of my life as though you thought you can trust some random stranger. When i brought my car to install the product Max told me that he have no workers today or which are busy and I have to go other place to install. I was skeptical at first as why do I need to install it at other place which he promise to settle it for me. I agree to go to his friend shop to do the distillation.

Before that he ask my car rim is how many inch. I have no clue and I told him to help me check. He measured and he told me its 14 inch and little do I remember at the moment the rim size can be check at the tyres number there. I told him that the car tyres said is R13 but he keep insisting and telling me that its 14 inch and trust him. Since I have very little knowledge about car, hey why not trust the guy who is selling these accessories.

I then move forward to his friend shop (Frankie), Super Blue Sky Accesories which is also located nearby but I needed to cross the sky-over bridge at Puchong, Batu 14. When I arrived and one of Frankie staff attend to me and assist me to install the wheel cover cap. While he is trying to install he told me that the cover size is wrong and he is unable to install it. The worker then told me that the wheel cover is too big and it should be 13 inch. When I saw the wheel cover cap, I noticed is even the wrong design as showed from Max. I immediately Whatsapp Max and he told me he did not make any error and when I send him the pictures he just tell me " Oh, tat means left tid design, just check stock'. And when I ask him so how he did not reply back.

I got so frustrated and dissapointed  bangwall.gif as Max wasted so much of my time and petrol from going from one place to another and now the wrong size and design  rclxub.gif . I was also in a rush of time to fetch my sister from work and I had to call Uber to fetch her  sad.gif.  Continuing, not only Max did not take any responsibility and saying sorry for his mistakes, he did not even want to admit them. I then immediately when back to ask for a refund as I can't stand dealing with dishonest seller. I swear I kept my cool and did not raise my voice or be rude at all towards Max. But then Max immediately snap like some psychopath and keep saying that I am being rude. All i did was I came in and I said "Hey Max, I want to get a refund because the item you gave me was wrong". I have no idea what was his problem but he have some anger management issues. Not only that, he keep cursing bad words (Chinese bad words and f*ck) towards me ranting.gif and ask me to get out from his shop. I was so angry and I ask him what is your problem and how could you treat your customer like this. He then said who am I, which I replied a customer and he then answer back I am just a supplier not your babysitter. He told me that if I want to exchange can but now cannot because I was being rude to him.

OMG  vmad.gif I had never raise my voice, never even curse a single bad word or even use any violence gesture. Which part of me is being rude besides me politely asking a refund for your dishonesty? With such bad manners, attitude and work etiquette, I don't know how they manage their business. Worst part was his mother, knowing he was wrong and just keeping quiet there and even trying to help his son. I understand supporting family is one thing but none of them can be reasonable or question that their son, Max Low is wrong in doing business like this. How can a seller or supplier treat their customer in a manner when they are at fault? He keep insisting that because he stick a sign that is non refundable I was not able to refund it. Their receipt never say such a thing and how do you expect a customer to see the side of the wall where I am here to buy my product. They even compare their shop with 7-Eleven  doh.gif .

To make things worst, Max father came and intervene. Without knowing anything that happen the father scolded me and drag me out of the shop. He pull my hand from the chair and then Max assisted in pushing and punching me out of the door. Luckily for me I only have bruises on my right arm and elbow. If I was there any longer I could lose my life with this crazy family. He then throw the box of wheel cap cover towards me and ask me to go away. So not only I didn't get my refund, I didn't get my exchange wheel cap cover. After that I immediately call the police and the police help me to exchange the wheel cap cover with Max and his father. By the time the police came, Max and his father was acting all good and saying that nothing had happen is only because I was being rude to Max. At that moment I said back to him keep telling yourself that is what happen as I know who your whole family really are.

Without trying to argue anymore I just left even though injured but I still made a police report as a safe cover for myself in case something else happen to me  cry.gif .

So guys I am really not here to randomly bash a company or shop but what I can tell you from my experience this family business is crazy. These people are crazy and violent especially Max and his father. You can check the google reviews last 2 weeks from other people and you can know I am not the only one. Just wanted EVERYONE to know to avoid this shop at all cost despite how cheap they sell things because if anything were to happen to the product their aftersales wont help you at all but even endanger your own life  icon_question.gif.

For all MUDAH Members Please beware of him as I am aware many have found out about their shop through Mudah.my But please think twice about what is going to happen if there is something wrong with your product. Don't be cheated by him and get being beaten for no reason. Please take care and stay safe.
