The seller should just apologise.. Nowadays something goes viral in FB, everyone will just share n boycott eventhough it may not be true.. Power of social media..

I am in the service industry as well..

For me, customer is always right, no matter what.. smile.gif

Why is it so hard for the seller to apologise over this fiasco?

The seller rather burn down his store's reputation?
