QUOTE(ann9 @ Jun 1 2016, 06:59 PM) This Max Corp is a real cheat. I went to buy a Vios window power switch on 10th of May, which was advertised RM120 @ Mudah, arrived at shop, the father said RM150. I said u advertised RM120, he said this model RM150, other place selling more. Since after paying tolls I accepted. Tested it to see if working and paid, but I didn't install it as I wanted to tighten and ensure the connector really fit in. Wow more popping up huh....Next morning I fitted it securely but the unit was not functioning as it was haywire - the knob cannot control the exact window. So I went back to exchange but to my surprise the father showed me the non-returnable signboard. He said u tested it yesterday, so cannot exchange or refund, but I told him it is cranky. He said can get his foremen to check it but will charge me for testing it. Just imagine, test his faulty product but charge me. What a crack fellow is this.....I was not aware that so many people got real problems with this company. I got mad and came out of the shop and smashed the unit in front of the shop. Luckily I did not insist on the refund or exchange. I may be also dragged or kicked out of the shop and land in hospital. To me you can't get rich with cheating RM150 nor will I be poor. Lesson learned = ask return policy before purchasing. Mudah posting: ![]() Receipt: ![]() I think there are consumer laws against redicolous return policies like this.... (Ant expert can weigh in?) |

QUOTE(JohnL77 @ Jun 2 2016, 01:16 AM) Mr. Max Trollface said it himself, so that he can issue invoice without GST. *cough*cough* Any Lembaga officer hangout in this forum? Hmmm if you ask him, his prices listed on mudah are supposed to include gst Also... /k has officially invaded.... Not promoting lazada or whatever, but I just received my goods, which I didn't get via max cause he pulled the silly 'a not available, buy b' stunt on me.... The items that arrives were slightly off spec, just one bit was slightly different, wrote an email complaining about that, within the hour, they got back to me and offered me a refund, no questions asked! That sir is good customer service... Had. This happened at max, obviously I would not be getting such a treatment. I even get to keep the stuff they sent me for free.... This would not have escalated so much had max been down to earth and handled the issue maturely.... Its like he says only 40 bucks, a small amount to him.
Thing is the way he responded shows that he still thinks that he is right, no remorse... Ktards who masuked are the dupe experts... No point trying to pull that off This post has been edited by lsm1991: Jun 2 2016, 08:52 AM |

from what i gather.... i think there is only one company with papers (registered company)
i guess the only reason one has to advertise using multiple companies (possibly unregistered) are: 1)many company names, greater reach 2)tax evasion (i dont know.... when one puts it into these words, sounds macam hardcore criminal) 3)easier to abandon the company name lepas main tipu sikit sikit (i dont think so hardcore penipulah) *am no businessman, cant think of anything else* This post has been edited by lsm1991: Jun 2 2016, 10:05 AM |

QUOTE(nestum @ Jun 2 2016, 10:02 PM) Cos ts did mention he Knew how to remove the wheel cap haha i agree, a driver should at least know how to do that haha but well.... im just saying there are some people who.... well.... are dummies when it comes to things like this?? I bet ts have basic knowledge about the wheel cap But the msg seller reply is take out and install if I'm not wrong Even my gf mom knows how to install a wheel cap (driving old iswara) Don't get me wrong ok? I mean that's a basic thing for a driver Seller did mention they are wholesaler for accessories, didn't provide installation, assume they have limited knowledge on the item they selling (they have responsibility to know more about their products). When some people look at a video on how the cams of an engine work, for somepeople, it instantly clicks (i understand that wheel hubs are a heck lot simpler edit: grammar, takut grammar nazi datang, any other mistakes, pls cari my english teachers in school! thx This post has been edited by lsm1991: Jun 2 2016, 10:17 PM |
