Hi guy, does anyone encounter problem asus zenfone 3 ze552kl device hang & straight away quit apps during playgame?

Btw, I play plant vs zombie 2 only.. And my device is Android 7.0 version.

hi guys...i wanna ask had anybody succesfully rooting their ze552kl with 100% root access?...i have a problem with mine where is im already rooted my phone but i cant even get 100% root access even though i grant it from superuser...all rooting method already tried but still same...even im flashing custom rom also not helpful at all...
im stuck at this point so i cant proceed with my deleted data recovery...

Or maybe somebody can suggest any other method to recover lost data from my device without a need for rooted?...

The fast charging only works with the bundle original adapter ?
I tried on few qc 3.0 certified charger all dint now work

Well, Redmi Note series are cheaper, so thus who are a little tight on budget or aren't willing to spend more than a certain amount are probably going to settle with Redmi Note.

Battery life is great. Even with occasionally playing games, it manages to last for the whole day. I can't comment much on waze since I don't use it much, but the battery life so far has been better than Asus Padfone S Plus and Huawei Honor 5X. It's also better than Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and slightly better than Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, but those 2 are bought used , so that's that.

But, if you do prefer battery life and AMOLED screen, you should go with Lenovo P2. If you prefer stock android feel, with less bloatware to uninstall, go with Lenovo Moto G5 Plus. The Z3 is probably comparable to G5 Plus in battery life but both definitely will lose to P2.

Does it happen frequently/occasionally/once in a while? I do sometimes experience not responding app with facebook.

I'm not sure if the bundled (original) adapter is Quick Charged certified or not, but the bundled cable usually works better than an aftermarket one, even with other chargers.

I tried using other cable on the bundle charger , all show the + sign
When i use the ori cable to other qc 3.0 charger all also dint show the + sign


Anyone here tried on fast charging (+) on other wall adapter or car charger ?

Well, you could try with other games. I didn't play PvZ 2 over on this phone but it has no issues playing other games currently.

so you are considered heavy user? I think should be able to last you barely 1 day. You probably need to recharge by the end of the day. I am using the 5.5" model..so not sure how much difference in term of the battery compared to the 5.2" model.

As for the mobile data off, I think in 2017 if you still need to turn off your mobile data to conserve battery then the phone is "tak boleh pakai". All my phones, I leave the mobile data on. I hate it when need to turn on or off and then sometimes forget.

any z3 ultra users here? mind sharing your thoughts of this phone? still viable now?

Yeah ive kept my mobile data on all the time for many yrs already. Otherwise how to receive whatsapp messages?

Anyway, why P10 lite seldom mentioned over here? Isnt it also a good contender at this price range?

So i tested out the ZE520KL. There's supposed to be OIS but I don't see it in the settings. Is it on all the time? Or just available for video record? I tried taking pic with 1 hand but some pics turned out shaky, whereas I didnt have any issue with P10 lite. Nevertheless, ze520 gold colour is beautiful, it's great that both front/back has the mirror finish unlike the black/white option.

I do think it's active all the time. Both P10 Lite and Zenfone 3 have their own pros and cons, and I do think you won't regret buying either of it. But Zenfone 4 isn't that far before launch, so do note.

not working with zenfone 3 in malaysia, so forget about this feature...

F@rk Asus lousy quality... my ZF3 horizontal line problem is back after 1st warranty claim... phone not even use for 3 months.

Now have to waste time again, transfer stuff to spare phone and sent for warranty claim again.

Wouldn't recommend Asus to others after this. Two friends previously also had mixed feeling about their phones.
I thought give them a chance since when in Taiwan I saw Asus is very popular... of course that's to be expected

Most of the others over here didn't face the same issue, so I'm not really sure on why some are affected as such. Yours is Malaysia's Set right? Maybe there are certain batches that are affected. Seems like percentage of getting a lemon unit from Asus is not great for the customers. Asus should really run their devices with test (or verify the parts used are from a good source) and even more important, improve their after sales service.
