All these will do is just neutralize it.
If you really want to get rid of the uric acid in your body, change your way of lifestyle, eat right with a slight indulge during weekends and start going to the gym or run on the field, lower down your weight.
Try to sweat as much as possible as sweating does release some uric acid, google it up. Take a few layers of shirt and run with it. Get all the sweat out and drink as much plain water to flush out all the uric acid.
Back in 2014 i had my 1st gout attack which lasted for 4 weeks which made me immobile, the reading was off the chart as i have taken/consume to much whey protein for my body, i started doing my cardio and lower my protein intake everything is fine now.
Not all protein sources are the same. If you really want to get rid of the uric acid in your body, change your way of lifestyle, eat right with a slight indulge during weekends and start going to the gym or run on the field, lower down your weight.

The key point is to reduce purine intake. Different source of protein have different level of purine.
Egg white has zero. Milk and milk derived( like whey) have low purine.
Red meat and seafood typically have high purine content.
Certain beans have high purine too.
