My gout CURE recipe:
Cook:
Cabbage Shoot, it's quite small each, some chinese ppl call it Choy Dam (or choi tam?) (2 packs, bought from Jaya Grocer)
Brussels Sprout (maybe 200g or 300g, but just slightly more than the cabbage shoot)
Stir fried Shallots (a big fist full)
The above cooked with mushrooms (forgot what it's called, but Japanese type, not Shitake, not Enoki, square packet packaging, size maybe 5cm x 5cm, i bought 1 x pure white & 1 x brownish, they both come in square packet packaging)
The above is a lot to eat. I cooked the Cabbage Sprout and Brussels Sprout separately with the same ingredients (mushroom, shallots, butter, oil, pepper & salt). I ate 3/4 of it, cant finish cuz there's just too much to eat. I also added some bacon (500g) for extra taste, but i ate very sparingly on the bacon.
1 x Lemon, juiced, added with water in a cup (total combined volume is probably 200 or 300ml)
1 x Kiwi fruit (the hairy, sour ones)
Coriander bunch or cilantro (1packet, maybe 10 grams, cuz think i saw berat kasar as 0.638, but I can't confirm), boil 1 litre water first, put Coriander in boiled water for 30 mins under low heat, drink the 'tea', tastes not great but bearable
10 x fish oil tablet by Blackmores, 1000 mg each, most I ate was 12 tablets previously, so don't worry about OD, eating a whole fat pangasius fish (biggest one you can buy from Mydin) is way more than 10 fish oil tablets, but just make sure the fish oil tabs you buy is properly filtered and mercury free.
So there you go. The above diet cured my gout in 4 hour's time (no noticeable pain detected). I ate it all (3/4 from cooked vege), and drank the 'tea', all in within 1 hour's time.
I hope that my gout cure can cure you too.
P/S: I live to eat and not live to eat. I hunt for the most delicious cuisines that life presents to me. But i do it in moderation to avoid regret and disability. So moderation is the answer. No moderation means impending doom. The choice is yours. Happy eating!
