For those buying their first home -

I booked one unit, applied for loan with the panel banks.. got rejected by all except Affin... the panel bankers do not include international banks or CIMB (easy to approve)

Affin - Offered 70%
RHB
MBSB
Ambank

Besides Affin & RHB.. my experience with the rest of the bankers were extremely bad...

However, long story short... got my booking refunded and I am thankful for it

Just bought a unit in OKR.

Should say that this project will be more suitable for own stay, not much other project can offer forest nature view nowadays. I think it should be freehold status also? but i do agree that lack of eateries nearby and not to mention only 1 carpark being offered are minus points here, ended up i drop my interest at this project too. Anyway glad that u have chosen your dream home
