i dont think it really making alot of noise since all the cars need to slow down by passing tolls.

And yes, can consider right beside the toll. It worth your time if this is your budget and preferred location.

This is one of my concern too, so I’ve been to that place for couple of times and i dont really heard alot of noise pollution around there.

Because Exsim's pay very attractive comm and fast payout to their SA, that's why they're selling lightning fast.
So actually when you think you've bought a very good project but actually you've just met a very good SA.
Same thing goes to Hampton, why still have available units and such delay.
Both Central Park and Hampton also facing highway, and Hampton is even freehold.
Probably they do not have potential SA for them because they don't pay the SA as good as Exsim.
