I got a question, does the maintenance fee for "Service Residence" VS "Condominium" could different a lot?
For example unit 1100 sf, Currently developer telling is RM 0.40 psf, My friend told me that it could be higher. Is this real? Typically/Commonly how much will it cost for 1100 sf for Condo vs Service Residence?

My Feeling is Condo Maybe around 1100 * 0.40 = RM 440,
While Service Residence could be around 1100 * 0.80 = RM 880

is this estimation correct?
