If you got cash and undecided what to do with it, can buy and keep for years to become valuable property later?
Lands are limited and slowly will be peak and busy area.

overall definitely less than 35% ,the other entire block haven't open for sales. Even bank financing cant reach for 90% for 1st time home buyer. Their recent new package more likely a joke, the extra 1 car park thing its like a scam, need to surrender back.

mind to elaborate more on the surrender of carpark? the previous 1 carpark package is really facepalm for such high end condo

they just give u the right to use their unsold units car park. once the unit sold u need to surrender back to them =.=

Just for knowledge sharing....development need to finalise SiFus (share unit) to tie the car park with the unit before the clearance from authority. In short, all car park have been firmed up...i think development is giving you the rights using visitor car park though
