About RM10m will be spent for 67 facilities, IMO facilities just a gimmick especially for mid-cost apartments.
You are need to find buyers who appreciate and willing to pay high maintenance fee and future wear/tear/repair to manage all these facilities.

For me the worse feature is the cladding with glasses. Soon residents will find out cigarette butts, clothes etc stucked at the glasses and remain eyesore as not removable.
