Most purchasers got 8 -10% discount and some even got extra cash rebate up to 25K. i guess that sums up to about 100k as how the person claim in this fB post?

Ah ic, not a big gap maybe 5% advantage but from the look of it the quality is quite promising. This is an ancestral land for AikBee so i think they will strive to deliver the best quality due to sentimental reason. Just my 2cents smile.gif

Tons of condos along Old Klang Road and Persiaran Surian no less in terms of congestion, what's wrong with that? some more got MRT and road has been widen since MRT2.

Chatted with the dev representative yesterday. it's actually a pedestrian bridge to the opposite road, not a direct link bridge to the station but it's still a safe passage nonetheless, hope this helps clarify the misconception of linked bridge wink.gif
