Hi, why worry abt leasehold, 99 yrs more than enough for nxt generation ! (unless one buy a leasehold ending in 50 yrs time )!
In China, most are only 60 or 70 yrs for the property right !

Vista mutiara workmanship was not good as can see hairline cracks from outside view which were pactched or cement plastered. Hope for Unio not using back the same constructions developer

It is common that over fancy products ll deliver below par expectation as the artist impression is their main selling point.

Aik Bee appointed SA Architects for Unio. As i search in google. This SA Archutects done a lot project even sunway velocity also.

seem like this contractor is quite good profile

Viewed the showroom, the units are almost 80% furnished including lights, just buy some furnitures and it’s ready to move in once completion. I believe it will save lot of renovation costs

For units the major cost is

Airconds n poping
Kitchen
Boiler
Grill door
Plaster ceiling.

And glass panel for shower

The rest no biggie.
