Looks like every developers want a piece of Wangsa Maju now...is an up-and-coming area...I think we will hear more and more launches in this area ....heard from someone that DBKL may JV with a developer to develop the piece of land next to Seri Riana...don't know this is true or just speculation.

Is the petrol stations' land next to HASIL building?

if JV with DBKL then I kinda know who the developer will be

they're very busy developer now.. so many project in hand now.
