so TS, dah create excel spreadsheet listing all the things u need to change/check at every service interval?
dah figure out these issues? semi vs fully? no ester, ester, double ester? tyres? chain lube? service intervals? sprocket size? coolant? gps device? apa lagi....

plan to change stock tyre to Pirelli Angel City 90/80 front 120/70 rear, any gooding exhaust that JPJ not bother to summon?

Other than Maxxis, other brands that I think quite good and affordable are Corsa and FDR. Currently using Corsa SSZ and overall satisfied. You can try Corsa S123, Sport Rain, Fdr Sport XR or Dunlop TT902.

For Pirelli Angel CT i think ok consider the brand itself.
