the options on left side got effect. Right side got dmg only.Say left side (note: i don't know which is the "left hand" u meant)
+30% dmg
+25 ice ATK
+25 fire ATK
right side
+50% atk speed
+20 fire ATK
u only get the left effects...
i'm not 100% sure, but all my elementalist bracelets works like that.
