ok guys heres your fixes

first, try go to start -> run, type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and press enter. then try run GE
second, if you use dhcp on your router try go to start -> run, type in "ipconfig /release" and press enter, then go there again and type in "ipconfig /renew" and then try run GE
third, try reboot your computer and then try run GE
fourth, try reboot your router then run GE

What I mean is they will further nefted Cath, Jack in term of attacking & defending power & not only quantity. There maybe be some tuning on character stats as well.

e.g. Cath with 7 CHA/STR/INT/DEX from initial 8.  Grace with 8 DEX instead of 9. (for what I heard)

They won't be selling anymore special RNPC in item mall, they sell RNPC custume instead.
