Well, to lvl in a way.
I can say it's quite possible.
But not possible if you're alone in the dungeon.

You can if you have shitloads of pots along with you.

It's quite obvious it'll wipe after the close beta ends.

Scouts is better off being your supporter than an offensive character.

Once your lvl is higher, you're gonna suffer.

^There's another dude that can use shotgun.

Unique ones is something like the Cannon dude.
So far, i've only seen he's the only NPC that can use cannons no others.

The created chars can't use those skills, i think that's what they meant.

I uploaded a short vid clip of his skills ages ago when i was playing jGE.

He's a leg/kicking NPC.

Finish the NPC's quest.

It's not slow at all, it's your weaps.
My fighter could get 3x aspd with it.
And that's not slow.
Oh yeah, my HoH was maxed too.

Uh, i got my HoH to max.
And Grind Cutter is just a plain normal skill for middle guard and HoH
HoH's requirement is just lvl40. (If i'm not mistaken)

Just keep trying. You'll get it eventually.

Go get another account and get the NPC card again.

In my humble opinion, i say no.

I'm sure you can find the LoE animation in youtube somewhere.
If i'm not mistaken.
And i'm just too lazy to record another vid of it anyway ;x

It'll or should be fixed in the later version.

I already mentioned before actually, you need to finish Gracielo's story/quest after you get or created him.

To finish all his quests, you need to be at least 45/46.
Can't remember.
