US patent laws allow pharmaceutical companies make small mods to medication and repatent so they can continue to charge breakneck prices.
They also allow people to patent open source technologies because some programmers were naive enough to neglect patenting their own code inventions; allowing them to be sued for things they created themselves.
Now someone is suing claiming patents on a JOYSTICK PORT that they invented in 2001.

and yet, a Russian (he was a Commie) created tetris!?

communism (i think they outlawed private lawyers) FTW!

he now works for microsoft and does not get any royalties for ANY of the current tetris games. essentially thats what communism means.

hmm i think i want to sue everybody coz if im not mistaken.. i patent everything that can make people happy. such a cheap way to gain money.

SIXAXIS cant get dualshock capabalities.. then Wii got sue for somone that patent the multipurpose remote control that look like wii nuchuck.. then what else??.. iPhone being sue by Linksys iphone. omg.. dint they check b4 realeasing?? like how company i malaysia chek b4 register a company name?? duhh...
