when your condo build up is 100m2 so the share unit is 100; your total share unit will become 100+6+2 = 108 share unit
108 share unit x what ever service fee the JMC /developer has calculated
service fee = total expense (as per budget) divide by total share unit of the condo
if the total annual expense is RM2mil and total share unit is 100,000
service fee = RM2,000,000/100,000 = RM20 per share unit per annum
so your service fee = RM108 x 20= RM2160 per annum or RM180 per month
