QUOTE(helven @ May 26 2016, 02:11 PM) Reason why I asked because I can't find a 50cmx50cm rubber mat at RM20, unless import from China. I also doubt the quality of barbell in lelong mainly they are cheap bar from China which can't hold much weight, probably max at 120kg before it bends and snaps. At person at 70kg or 80kg can easily out lift that weight. Ya the barbell u dont wanna china it. That 1 thing better buy the RM800 - RM 1000 high quality one.

Actually you only need a bar that can hold 180kg to reach close to genetic limit. Keep your training in 5-12RM for lifetime.

QUOTE(helven @ Jun 1 2016, 03:18 PM) http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/...tandardsKg.htmlTrue for someone that is below 80kg, and deads being the heaviest exercise. Generally, if the person that is lean and beyond 80kg and lifting at advance level, he should be able to afford a decent bar or decent gym membership. Which in other words, china bar is fine lulzĀ Be 80KG, Stiff Legged Deadlift or Deadlift 4 plate for 3x6 nice and controlled using 9RM, 2 minute rest between sets. 1RM prolly bout 230KG easy. ... pretty much end game for natty recreational lifters.... Forget that even reaching late advance is remarkable edy. This post has been edited by Armesh: Jun 1 2016, 03:29 PM
