Agreed.. Need to first prepare about 15-20% of the property price(DP, lawyers, MOT etc) just to purchase it.. Then you will need to think of renovation which may end up costing another 5-10% of the property price

Hmmm....I wonder how is this enforced since its not a strata development...Also, where will the booking fee go to?

Who is responsible to maintain the area as well?

In any case, I think green spaces are a good thing...Even if the camping site does not pan out, that space can potentially be used for something else

Their panel I was told is alliance, RHB, Hong Leong, Maybank and last I heard, Ambank also just came in.

Whether all still got quota for the project, this have to ask the bankers

Maybe their quota is just refreshed because HLB has been the panel from the first phase of Robin.. So far their rate is quite good
