I heard the exit from Bandar Saujana to elite highway is very jam as early as 7am!

Anyone know what is the perimeter fencing height for westeria ? According to Sales person the fence will be 8feet high but based on the layout plan is 1800mm which is 6feets only.

My concern is whether

1) the emergency exit will too
Close to the house and people can easily climb out ?

2) And also the fence is too close to the house ? Safe or not?

I m not sure what they will build after the fencing. I heard behind the house is a reserve park for the government.

Not sure whether IJM will do the landscaping or not.

Thanks for the info. According to IJM, in front of lot 219 is the only access road to the emergency exit. I don't think so they will change to visitor parking. If they really change it , then will I m wondering which access road they can use for emergency exit.
