I would say it's about 45% - 50% for chimes now (first phase). I own a house there and stay there sometimes. Good also not many stay yet. The peace and quiet is much appreciated. People are slowly moving in more and more , with kindergartens starting operations in some houses I can see it will draw in more people to move in.


However there are some dickheads who take illegal turn at the roundabouts inside the housing area. There are kids using the playground nearby.... please be consderate!

Yes. Got one starting operation, but should be limited seats only due to regulations so it won't be noisy. There's at least another one in perennia too nearby. I'm looking forward to see the shophouses moving in tenants once it's completed this year. No need to go to KK to eat.

if you want to open commercial things like a kindergarten, you'll need MDKL approval and it is subject to neighbors say in it as well. Otherwise can kena summon during next rounding done by them.

New properties like this are under supervision, especially since this is the first higher end township in Kuala Langat District.
