I could recommend my contractor to you. He has done a very good job for my house. Price wise also very reasonable and he is a man of his word.

I get the quotation from him since Jan, and i only confirm the job after May. Material price increased due to our currency weakening and he is still willing to absorb the cost and charged according to the quotation.

Workmanship is pretty good and willing to negotiate and accommodate my picky(something strange, lol) request. He also got a sufficient guys to work very fast.

psst... the entire Rimbayu development is NOT strata (except for Wisteria).

Hence they cannot legally prevent entry as its public roads.

IF you're nice, you show them your ID for registration, if you are NOT nice, you can even refuse that they still cannot stop you from entering. I have gone thru such situation and the moment i picked up the phone to call the cops on these foreigners asking for my IC, they will relent and let you in.

Remember, no one other then PDRM can ask for your IC...

Oh... dont try that with Wisteria.. thats Strata hence PRIVATE LAND...

I guess legally, you are right. But bear in mind, if the guard and RA are well informed, they could log a police report that you are acting suspicious in their neighborhood and they could report to police to record the incident. In the end, you might have trouble more that you would prefer.

Even they don't do that, they might follow you all the way as you goes through the neighborhood.

If would be better to just ask a property agent to show you around.

Hi all,

Just want to ask all the sifu, that when we do the water ponding test in the master bedroom toilet, we can only do it on the shower area? What about the dry area? No need to do at all? Any sifu got experience for this? Being fool by developers and duno what they are talking about!

My opinion, as long as the area is in bathroom, we should test. Sometime, it is about what we expect, not what they design.
