I was staying in Sri Muda during 90s, every year end having same problem. Luckily I only rent a house there, look at the flood mark on the wall would always alert me, don't put anything below the line...

2. Dryer, 3k alrdy got a very good one. and dryer dried clothing needs minimal ironing, 2 birds 1 stone

Mat rempit always present during 5 to 7pm all the way from Arahsia to Sinaria shoplot, if there are no bumps can expect more accidents. Even now with bumps they still can ride speedy but much slower which reduce the risk of hitting cars and pedestrians.

Well said. I also staying in Tropicana and very enjoying the environment here, the only drawback is JAM... (which I think cannot avoid in any part of KL/Selangor)

I was impressed by Eco entrance also, but when I found there is no boundary between car porches then I gave up, just I not sure my neighbours will be small gas or not if accidently split water to their car. Haha... (not only the reason lah... actually I am that kind of looking at value for money hehe).

The best is stay next to your working place, walking distance without driving then will not experience jam.

It can be clearly heard during mid night or early morning when surrounding is quiet, my neighbour always do housekeeping at 6.30am where I can hear they sapu the staircase hitting the handrail, it is clear like they are in my house.

Regret to hear your bad experience but that's a common problem for individual title properties, that's also a reason why I didn't want to buy individual title properties even though I need to pay more on the maintenance and many restriction need to face for strata title properties.

Anyway both types of property have their prons and cons, just to me strata is better choice for peaceful life.
