While I agree most of ur other comments but not really on this statement. Generally, landed or DSL is more expensive than condo. The land and supply speaks it all.

Young family or age 20-35 might prefer condo, so they buy condo. Also there are batches that they like landed but they only can afford condo bcz most developers offer easier entry for condo than DSL and easier to buy ( say more choices within same area, less ballot scheme , etc )

BR's DSL is still affordable due to new township and yes, deeper into from KK and as well as supply > demand for now. At RM 650k, it is really a great choice if one wanna buy landed for own stay and willing to factor in far from amenities and willing to wait the township to prosper. Most other old or matured landed, far from KL City, already expecting at RM 800-900k generally.

If to say BR 650k, we must also compare nearby condo which is not many choices anyway. If 1k sq ft condo or 650k, which is 650 psf, it is very sufficient to buy condo at better area like Subang, USJ, Puchong, Bkt Jalil, Sri Petaling, Sri Kembangan, Kepong, Sri Damansara etc.

But is a fact that generally DSL is more expensive than condo.

I never got denied from using the road coming from BSP even though i'm not a resident. Most recent attempt was last month and passed by at almost 7pm.

You mean from BSP to Rimbayu, or Rimbayu to BSP? Or both ways also must be rimbayu owner?

setia alam u no need drive more than 10 mins to nearby ameneties be it for cinema, for grocery shopping or for eateries.... rimbayu u have to drive to kk town to get the basic things u needed.... as for in and out of the township during peak hours... both jam abang adik nowadays.... NKVE traffic is getting crazier by the day.... same applies to ELITE or kesas when heading towards the cities.... where u working at right now and where's your constant social circle?

Lets put it this way.

I'll be moving into Canal City, and I work in KL 

It took KK about 10 years to make it decent.

and about 15 yrs for all the banks to be there.

So.....

Banks near our houses is close to useless, we have no time to go there anyway.

Its more important to have bank branches near our office...
