BR's DSL is still affordable due to new township and yes, deeper into from KK and as well as supply > demand for now. Most other old or matured landed, far from KL City, already expecting at RM 800-900k generally.

If to say BR 650k, we must also compare nearby condo which is not many choices anyway. If 1k sq ft condo or 650k, which is 650 psf, it is very sufficient to buy condo at better area like Subang, USJ, Puchong, Bkt Jalil, Sri Petaling, Sri Kembangan, Kepong, Sri Damansara etc.

But is a fact that generally DSL is more expensive than condo.

I was denied entry in Bandar Saujana Putra to go in Rimbayu? The road only opens for Rimbayu owners? Im sure ES, TA n 257 ppl sure bo song coz it's convenient to go klia and cyber from that route.
