From here to Bukit Jalil during early morning peak hour doable?

I actually checked google map, there are 3 toll highway and one non toll route.


The non toll route require to pass through Mahsa university and then to Puchong to LDP to Bukit Jalil wonder how good is the road.


Is rimbayu gonna have plenty of eateries nearby? Is the entrance gonna be very jam like BSP?

And you are right, also because of the low entry level. I like Rimbayu area a lot, I went there few times and also experience the evening peak period before, I can understand your guys' pains, and another reason I am reluctant to buy there is because no direct access to Highway.

Elmina, Gamuda Gardens, Gamuda Cove got direct access to highway from the township itself, so it makes the whole journey more pleasant although these highways are equally congested.

It won't improve cause developer is not doing anything.

Once J&T is in, the barrier that stop big vehicle from coming in will be removed, the township will only get worse.

Which is exactly the problem. I understand your frustration that they will not be doing it and passing the responsibility to the local council. What's more suck is, they initially included all these "planned development" as future development in their marketing brochure then just quietly removed it from all their brochure now.

So it's very clear cut developers not going to proceed to improve the traffic condition and knowing our local council's attitude, you know that the traffic will only getting worse as more and more people move in after the later phases VP-ed.

Wow, I dunno about J&T. But yea, I will agree with you that things will only get worse and your wife is not wrong laugh.gif

But from what I see also due to lack of direct connectivity to highway, you need to go through KK for Kesas or BSP for Elite, and both of these entrance also very congested.

Which again I see Elmina or Gamuda Cove is a brand new township and I see their roads to highways are wide and big, hence a better pleasant driving experience.

And I also working in PJ and I hate traffic jam too... *sigh* since i am staying in Subang, so normally i lepak in office until 8.30 pm only go back home.

Yep, but overall if minus the traffic, I really love that place.

I am hoping at least they can build a bridge to connect Rimbayu to Putra Heights, that would be very nice.

And your current plan is buy a subsale in Subang then renovate it and move in?

So indeed got interchange from Rimbayu to WCE? And seems like no interchange between Elite and WCE
