If really follow Selangor planning guideline,
The minimum land size for "real semi d" is minimum 40 x 80.
Already a lot of developers not following this standard.

Scarlet look good especially when it's new.
But over the time, I am not sure if painting can be done to the external wall?

Just like those pressure jet pump used in construction.
Usually at site entrance, u can see working using this to wash tyre of vehicle before entering public road.
