agreed..rimbayu has always been d least preferred to me too..i suggest mnet buy bayan in tropicana aman...600+k cqn buy rimbayu subsale d..why need 800k??

WORST purchase would be the condo! 1000+ units is CRAZY..

sure TA is better. visit the environment see the quality of the houses and you'll know the answer. you're comparing corner in a better township vs intermediate. also strata title you'll just be paying slightly more for much bigger land size.

There's a new landed phase in setia alam launching now.

Freehold, bigger built-up, bigger land, closer to KL, much better access to highway, ready commercials and slightly cheaper.

Unless you're working around KK or south Klang can't really brain this.

This is a very good practice by the banks to slash the bank value on new and even subsale houses according to their own criteria.

Understand many banks LTV pool burst with property prices dropping A LOT and the LTV being above 110% due to most buyers not paying any upfront in the past and even cashback.

Hope this trend continues to reflect the actual value of properties in MY. In a situation where there's lelong banks are often in the losing end as they end up losing a lot of $$$ from low lelong value.
