The land settle will take time 2-5 years. Eventually the crack on the car porch after the column, will still be affected.

Is the crack happened to all houses? Or isolated cases? If happened to all houses, could be technical design issue. Not workmanship problem.

Not all houses, only some units at the back of Chimes and even that not all are affected. Also the degree of the crack differ from unit to unit. Also it is only the front part of the porch not the whole porch. It does not affect the integrity of the whole structure so actually can already move in but will be a hassle la when they do the rectification. Most unit that are still unoccupied belong to investors, crack or not they still will not move in la. |
