AFAIK, no solid proposal has submitted to MHA to built the interchange....as for now.

you will only get leasehold for Bandar Rimbayu and Bandar Canal (Eco sanctuary .tropicana aman, gamuda 257)

the only freehold land nearby is own by southern acids, a plantation land, and they just replant the palm tree within this 5 years, so it wouldn't be so fast to develop for residential purpose.

if you want a freehold, can go for SP setia , setia alam, they just launch a small landed unit, i am not sure it is already fully sold or not caused the price is less than 600k, only bad thing is the small unit quite close to graveyard.
