I have viewed the swans unit. The rooms are spacious. Love the simple designs. But budget is an issue. Besides i want to look for a ready to move in house. I happened to see Chimes and i like what i see and the size suits us.

I think for a neighbourhood mall it should be sufficient, I see Gamuda's GW and Eco's Sanctuary mall.. both of them same like your usual neighborhood malls. Unless you are expecting a MV/1U then pls dont compare lor

Since both Perennia and Chimes is quite close to commercial area & shop, and also that is one place for prayer located at Chimes.

My current house quite near to a temple, around 500m, sometime can hear a sound if they have an event. Not sure how about Chimes and Perennia, especially before MCO.
