With the virus thingy, more will burn hand. Wait a bit, not yet bottom for such an inflated project. If Apr still not finding a cure, you will probably see even greater deal in semi-d units.

why not you just contact any agent in iproperty/property guru, then you can visit the units, and understand all situation including pricing?

Penduline got 4 subphases in total.

1) type A & B - price from 630k and 650k respectively after discount. completion in 2 years ago, if any units for sale at 700k and below, the original buyers are still at a loss.
2) type A & B - price increase another 5k to 10k
3) Type B & C - price went up to 700k-730k
4) Type C - price wen up to 730-750k

all the above are developer's price

The state or federal govt has to think of investing in the infrastructure for some alternative routes in and out from that proposed development instead of relying on Elite highway. Elite highway is already jam packed and with Gamuda Cove coming it will be even worse in the next 5-10 years.

Either that or govt really has to stimulate a lot more job opportunities in the putrajaya/cyberjaya region
