sure can get to banting via that bridge. but have to cut thru quite some distance inside kampung roads before u can reach the main road to go banting

tbh chimes natural lighting is not an issue. there's plenty of natural lighting from the staircase transparent roof

i have used the saujana roundabout coming out from rimbayu at 7-830am never had a jam before.

the roundabout will experience traffic jam. but not from rimbayu direction.

tbh it's kinda a no brainer not to buy rimbayu if you care about distance to kl

should be aiming pj or bangsar or kl itself

I dunno what TA build quality is like, and what materials they are using , it affects the cost of unit alot as well, Bricks you have red bricks or sand bricks, tiles you have cheap or good ones, cement you have so many grades, cables inside house you have so many diff quality. Maybe they give gao gao good good certified to last ones smile.gif
