leasehold fetch less value no matter which god swear by their head. Your saving grace is the higher chinese population and srjkc. With the combined factor, the most optimistic cycle is 10+ years.

Yes there is. The other one is to exit elite via saujana putra. same shit. You first jam toward the SP exit toll, then jam along elite with seremban folks. Some rumour says developer and state are teaming to modify the SP round about. But my source told me no budget allocated until today.

lol none of these guru are local enough to know how it was before development, they just dont like you jinx their vested interest

mining is next to gamuda parcel. today is a concrete and granite processing plant. If rimbayu ever realise its projection, pretty sure the mining site will become the most expensive lakeview villa in rimbayu.
