With the occupancy rate increase in Chimes, I can imagine the 'bike' heaven will be history soon. One may still try to use the Tropicana Aman lake, but no more on the main road like now.

The environment is so cool now, you may walk around freely without worry about traffic. I just find that I need to careful about those rider on bike bruce.gif I can't drive my Ferrari (in my imagination brows.gif ) cause those biker always ride in the middle of the road. Ha ha ha ....

Cukai pintu for MDKL is much higher than the nearby Shah Alam. Due to the % different. ohmy.gif

Subsales Chimes go for 720K, End Lot avaialble for Chimes is 1.1M.

Down payment (initial sum) may be same but the loan and repayment shall be big different. brows.gif

If compare, Penduline do not use better material. In term of spec, Penduline is lower than Chimes to accommodate the lower price tag. The only best thing about Penduline compare to Chimes would be low entrance for purchaser (discount + free MOT, ....). For RM50K you can book Penduline. For Chimes, you would need to fork out 15% initially. For 700K house, it is close to RM100K.

So if you have the money (initial sum) to spare, Chimes would be better choise.

Old city like PJ or KL is difficult to plan as there are many building exist before planning done. For new township, many thing (e.g. road) everything can plan ahead accordingly.
