There are two different issues here.

1. I am raising concern of developer's strategy in township planning. If I am resident especially in brand new 1879acre township like Bandar Rimbayu, I will expect developer at least construct commercial shoplots when first phase is halfway through... so that when residential is VP-ed, they would have the convenience of basic amenities around the township. And not need to drive 5km for econsave. In fact the closest commercial to BR is Bandar Saujana Putra and not KK?

I am not regular here but could you as owner give a quick update on other amenities such as hospital, police station, petrol station, fire station, school etc....

2. From your posting, residents are perfectly happy and ok to travel 5km for econsave or 10km to KK for their fix of chapfan, mcD, hawker fares etc despite after Chimes Vp-ed for 3 years and many other phases already VP-ed since then... But one thing for sure... residents not happy with lack of direct access to highway...

Yes it is issue for me, therefore I didn't invest here (yet) as I could see the infra and amenities improvement is quite slow in Bandar Rimbayu. IJMLand literally just keep selling houses only.

But if your are owner and happy with it and not see it as issue... then good for you.

WCE has interchange with KESAS I think. So it will be good

with SKVE only will be helpful if you want to go to putrajaya, Puchong and not so much to pj, subang.

If u want to use ELITE via SKVE still need to pass through the Roundabout@bsp

Then again.. sdp with serenia city with 1,800ac land almost done with elite interchange before first phase is launched...

And selling from rm540k 20*70 fh...

When you are on your own.. you are solely accountable for your own project (but serenia city got spillover effect to warisan puteri, glomac saujana klia) and sunsuria.. but. I guess sdp is a bigger man....

In case of this 4 brothers... Maybe they pushing to each other... even BSP with 400acres built their own interchange..

Actually.. the interchange is shared cost with talam but talam went into trouble.

LBS has no choice but to complete the interchange on their own (and fund). If not wrong... Delayed 2-3 years.

Sdp not the first one. In fact developer like spsetia also built own interchange for SET, SA, SEG... There are also spillover effect for other township but spsetia is bigger man...

Gamuda cove is totally isolated from canal city and guess what...gamuda will build own dedicated interchange to elite.

If I do not recall wrongly that roundabout was just to serve BSP residents and built by LBS at their cost.

However some smart developer piggyback on the access without building their own access to Elite. I wonder would they contribute to upgrade the roundabout.

Once DASH is completed, folks here could also leverage the ELITE->GCE->DASH route to go to PJ North areas.
It all depends on where ones are going and the time of the day.
I understand it is not going to make the driving distance any shorter etc I am just mentioning the many options and accessibility choices available (rather than relying on a single entry and exit route from an accessibility perspective)

Looking at the map that you shared... It seems. There is not direct interchange from BR/TA to SKVE and WCE. Correct me if I am wrong.

They construct that is to control the vehicles flowing into BSP.

To be honest, SKVE is directly next to rimbayu, like super near, during township planning they could have built or planned a direct entrance to SKVE.

If you look at the land available, most of it they used it to build houses.

Another highway, which they quietly removed it is WCE, could have been direct access as well.

Heard from grapevine there is connecting fee charged by highway owners if any townships want to tap into them

Those residents need to pressure IJM and to know why do not to link up SKVE when it is so near (and yet so far). Get it in written. It is ridiculous IJM keeps selling the township without its proper highway connection.
