All I know is I have to CUT into KK, past all 3 roundabouts to reach Rimbayu. That's INSIDE lor, for my small layman brain.

LOL, people who come from SKVE to Rimbayu might say that Rimbayu is INSIDE Bandar Saujana Putra.. also valid....

Yup, this is the concern with leasehold land and for those who did not think this is a concern, that means they are the one planning to stay till 99 years - or "their kid" - and consider cut lost as not planning to sell anymore. Maybe that's what @wlchong79 has in mind.

Just went around Chimes this morning. Occupancy is still super low, huh? But it seems there’s less “for sale” banner than a year before.

Recently dropped by Rimbayu. That Blossom Drive shops is pretty happening! This place seems different before and after MCO. Very nice. How’s the take up like in terms of property?

These developers kept on building new parcels and even townships but do not take care of core infrastructure such as roads. See Tropicana developer, who is also infamous in this matters.

That’s true. An example is Ara Damansara. But I still like that place. Quiet. Maybe not anymore these days. Used to be really quiet and peaceful.

Yeah, I find that the Blossom Square is quite strategically placed. Not too far from the housing and yet, not too near, so it's a great, bustling place. I like hanging out in Brew House over there. With all the new commercial development, I wonder if Rimbayu will pick up steam in terms of property prices. These days, people seem to like condos and demand in landed is quite low.
