Brewhouse service was good last time, last 2 time go.... all the waiters seems like lost souls
din even bother to intro HH package.... slow to layan after i sit down.
all look left look right- avoid eye contact to customer

Now a days prefer to to Beer Mad. Prefer Guiness/Tiger. Service not to say top notch, at least i do feel welcome
Food wise, LPPL gua. Beer Mad indeed a little more expensive.

Finally McD, this thread argued about how far to go KK mcd for past few years, haha..

Columbia at Rimau is actually very near to Rimbayu if you use another route, not the KK 12 o clock route.

Clinic wise, rimbayu already have dental, few clinics with proper equipments.

Rimbayu subsales have a lot of good buy as well. larger land size & built up compared to recent launches/future launches. If strata living is what you looking for, wisteria subsale is good choice. Heard it doesnt really appreciate that much vs nett price buyer got during launch few years back. is buyer market now and i am also holding on to my condo (cant fetch good price) while i have bought a unit in Rimbayu.

I think nowadays most people got 2 cars and with this 18ft width I think one of the car has to park outside. Later will create congestion of car park outside the house.

Took me 1 hour 20 minutes to reach Ara Damansara, which I cut here and there, if I follow exactly waze, probably 1 hour 40 minutes.

I don't understand why thye can't just remove the barrier at the guardhouse to turn it into uturn. There's enough space.
