Wow gamuda cove will be connected to Rimbayu. At least can use cove’s elite exit

I would not say GC has direct access to MEX, the linked bridge to Cyberjaya allow them to tap into the MEX access through Cyberjaya.

Secondly, I see Gamuda don't have a choice but to build a direct access to Elite and improve the connectivity of GC, mainly because it was built on a wetland in nowhere unlike Rimbayu that already has a very mature Kota Kemuning beside it and also BSP which is one back lane away. Moreover, here got 4 big developers jointly developed, that's why you see Rimbayu despite the connectivity remains suck but are actually more prosperous and more vibrant.

And also because of that, the question will be, since there's quite some pros in this township to attract enough buyers to buy, why need to spend more for connectivity? Does it really make sense financially? How do I answer to my shareholder? yea, do the right thing.. but at the expense of own pocket money? And if I am IJM, why I need to spend my money to build connectivity and other main developers get the benefits too? Why not other developers build? why me? We have big 4 here kan?

So there you go...Gamuda got no choice in Cove, if no connectivity, the whole township is as good as a place to film horror movies.
