Does it really make sense financially? How do I answer to my shareholder? yea, do the right thing.. but at the expense of own pocket money? And if I am IJM, why I need to spend my money to build connectivity and other main developers get the benefits too? Why not other developers build? why me? We have big 4 here kan? So there you go...Gamuda got no choice in Cove, if no connectivity, the whole township is as good as a place to film horror movies.
