Good points
1. 90% loan taker, you no need to take out a single cent from your pocket after 2 years but you got attractive gain.
2. 80% loan taker, amount that you take out return is 100% of amount you have taken out from your pocket.
3. 70% loan taker, amount that you take out return is 60-70% of amount you have taken out from your pocket.
4. Cash buyer, about RM100k you can take back.
Comparison
1. Saving plans - If you get from any financial institution, after 2 years amount you paid definitely is much lower than the value of the plans. Saving plans need at least 10 years time only can see the different
2. Unit trust - How much do you expect to put if you are looking for RM100k return in 2 years time
3. Equity / Shares - How much do you expect to put if you are looking for 60% return in 2 years time
